Atholl Palace Hotel.

Fantastic hotel incredibly well run.Every aspect of the operation is up to speed all the time. Lovely location. Very informal. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended. Third visit. Would definitely stay again.

Mid Week Break

A superb hotel located just on the edge of Pitlochry within easy reach of the centre. Good access for walks in excellent grounds. The hotel is older as you would expect, but very clean with a relaxing ambience, the spa facilities are very good and again add to the relaxing atmosphere. We had dinner on both nights at the hotel and the food was excellent, could not fault it. The front and back of house staff were excellent, engaging and open to speak with. We have visited the hotel previously and will come again.

Winter break

A most relaxing and peaceful break. Marvellous views from a superior turret room. The afternoon tea is delicious but so generous they provide boxes for taking back to the room for later. Meals are traditional with delicious desserts.

A special birthday weekend trip

I took my best friend to this hotel as a birthday/retirement treat and although we had a fabulous time together we found reception staff could have been more welcoming to hotel on arrival and helpful when we made enquiries with regard to our luggage being stored at a sister hotel when we were leaving.
We both also slipped and fell on wet floor in changing room after our swim and felt this wasn t taken too seriously when reported.

Found the hotel lovely with beautiful views and walks. Dinner was delicious. Staff on the other hand were quite sarcastic and off hand. We were then charged double for our drinks at dinner. When my partner asked about the prices he was given a 10 refund which was no where near the correct amount we were due back. Not the kind of service you expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Lovely hotel.friendly staff .debbie working in the spa was excellent.euan in the bar very pleasant and helpfull ,couldn't fault anything in the hotel.
Definitely recommend a stay there,would probably do a weekend next time rather than midweek.
