Equipment includes:

Cardio – treadmills, cross-trainers, steppers, rowing machines, bikes 

Resistance – leg press, curl and extension machines, lateral pull-down, bicep curls and more

Plus a separate space for weight training, including a free weight area. Includes Jordan free weights, bar bells, squat rack, Smith machine, kettlebells, dumbbells

Spin bikes are available in the large fitness studio which also provides an additional space to workout
