Billesley Manor Hotel is a listed building and unfortunately the majority of rooms are accessible via steps only as there is no lift.
Child Policy
Accommodation for up to two children aged 16 or under is free when sharing with two adults in a standard guest bedroom; a single supplement applies when only one adult is in the room.
Upgrade charges apply for larger rooms
Additional rooms for children aged 6 to 16 will benefit from a 50% discount on the adult rate, excluding sales and pre-payable rates.
To accommodate a family in our guest bedrooms, in some cases a foldaway bed will be used. Should you require a cot, please ask at time of booking.
Meals
Children aged aged 5 and under eat breakfast free of charge with a paying adult.
Breakfast for children between the ages of 6- 12 is charged at £3.50
Children's menu available for children up to 12 years and charged as taken or they may order from the restaurant menu and benefit from a 50% discount. Children over 13 are classed as young adults and pay full rate for meals as taken. Family dining times may apply.
Children are allowed to use the pool only. Please note that swim times for children are: Weekend 8am-10am and 3pm-5.30pm, Weekday 3pm-5.30pm.

A delightful Hotel
Everything was as promised in the advert. Clean, relaxing. Super swimming pool, lovely garden and location
A great getaway spot close to Stratford Upon Avon
Excellent hotel set in beautiful grounds with wonderful staff. Lovely a quiet with easy access to Stratford Upon Avon
Hotel rooms suites booked 3 for us and friends. Listed building but rooms very poor tired rooms . Cold no heating . Had to complain to get temporary heating in 2 of the 3 rooms. No maintenance team available.
Still waiting for follow up call from hotel . Fees charged too expensive for standard provided . On the other hand food was excellent & staff generally very helpful. Lovely setting -grounds beautiful.
Still had a good weekend but was embarrassed as I arranged and picked the hotel on behalf of others.
A very relaxing stay. Would return and recommend the hotel
We were in a supirier room we would have expected dressing gowns and slippers, also bathroom very tired needs modernising also music in the restaurant very dull it literally put us to sleep could also do with a jacuzzi in the spa this would be a very good improvement
Cozy comfort in style
Impressive buildings in a lovely rural setting. Cleaver blend of old and modern decor. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere backed by discreetly attentive staff. Very convenient location for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon.
Few days away with friends
Had stayed there a few weeks ago and enjoyed it so much and so we arranged to meet some friends there for an anniversary catch-up. Didn't disappoint, rooms nicely decorated and new bathrooms. Restaurant very good and interesting menu, all staff very helpful and friendly. Hopefully will come again.
