Billesley Manor showcases some stunning original 17th century features, including beautiful stone fireplaces (many of which are still in use), mullioned windows and oak panelling throughout the hotel.

Billesley Manor Hotel is a listed building and unfortunately the majority of rooms are accessible via steps only as there is no lift.
Two fully accessible Superior rooms are available on the ground floor in the main house, please contact us to check availability.
The stairs from the first to the second floor are quite narrow, steep and winding. Please ask reception for help with lugguage if required.
Children aged between 5 and 12 are charged at £20 per night - includes breakfast. Children over 13 are classed as young adults and pay full rate for meals as taken. Family dining times may apply.
Junior Suites are suitable for families and can take a maximum of one extra bed. Upgrade charges apply for larger rooms.
To accommodate a family in the guest bedrooms, in some cases a foldaway bed will be used. Should you require a cot, please ask at time of booking.
Children are allowed to use the pool only. Please note that swim times for children are: Childrens swim times are 10am - 4pm at the weekends and on weekdays 8am-9am and 4pm - 6pm. Swim times are subject to change and may differ during school and public holidays.
Dogs are permitted in selected Superior rooms in the Cedar Barns Annex - please call to check availability. Dogs are not allowed in the bar or restaurant but are welcomed in the lobby/reception area and within the hotel grounds.
There are no dog friendly rooms in the Manor House.
Dogs are charged at £20 per dog per night
Incorporated in the 11 acres of grounds is the 100 year old listed Topiary garden

Superior Double or Twin room
All Superior rooms are located in the converted Cedar barns and stable block opposite the main hotel and are modern and individually designed - some retain original Tudor features

Manor House Double room
Located in the main Manor House these spacious rooms have been designed with comfort in mind. They're perfect for business and leisure guests alike, with timeless features and picturesque views of the Warwickshire countryside. All have ensuite bathrooms, tv, tea and coffee making facilities. Showers are situated over the bath - please note that no Manor House rooms have a walk in shower.
Junior Suite suite
Large Rooms with separate seating areas, located in the Manor house. The Junior suites have ensuite bathrooms, tv, tea and coffee making facilities. These rooms include hair dryer, TV, Free WiFi, mineral water and the added extra touches you would expect.
All guests have full access to the leisure club during their stay. Facilities include a modern gym, yoga hut, sauna, steam room, indoor swimming pool, and outside tennis courts.
