Beautiful Memories
This is out 5th stay at the Billesley. We only live 10 miles down the road but every now and then my mum needs a break from my dad who has Dementia. It s wonderful.
Beautiful setting
A beautiful hotel and grounds. Rooms are well kept, staff all helpful and friendly, food fresh, delicious and served in a beautiful restaurant with very helpful staff. We will definitely be returning.
Very poor experience
Experience on all levels really poor. If you have a dietary requirement do not come here.
Service is poor, food is expensive and badly cooked. Staff are aggressive and refuse to engage with feedback.
Rooms are satisfactory if dated and are unbearable in heat.
Absolutely overpriced and a very poor experience.
A waste of money.
Relaxing and beautiful
A beautiful hotel .Gorgeous gardens and really interesting rooms, especially in the main building. The restaurant was good and the staff are fantastic and can t do enough for you.We really enjoyed our stay here. Recommend visiting for a peaceful holiday.
Overnight Stay
A great place for a stop over and short breaks. Welcoming staff, good food, comfortable room and large grounds for sitting out or walking around. Dog friendly too and catered well for gluten free diet. Not cheap but would stay again, if in the area.
S P Suffolk
Lovely hotel with wonderful gardens. Staff always available to answer any questions. Only issue was with our room being uncomfortably hot. We were in room 1 and found it difficult to sleep it was also above the entrance so had the noise of cases across gravel every day. However I would definitely stay again but would request a different room.
Luxury short break
Lovely historic hotel offering comfort and good service in beautiful surroundings.
Splendid dinner and B&B
Very helpful staff, excellent food , good sized swimming pool and pleasant grounds.,
