Devon is home to part of England's only natural UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Dorset and East Devon Coast. Known as the Jurassic Coast for its geology and geographical features, it is an area of international importance. North Devon contains some spectacular coastal scenery and offers glimpses of the stunning Welsh hills. Exmoor National Park alone provides a variety of magnificent landscapes whilst Woolacombe Bay is a magnificent sweep of golden sands and dunes. Its beautiful views and unspoilt coastline make the Bay extremely popular.
