Follow the City Bypass – take the Gilmerton/Galashiels exit for A7 – then follow signs for Galashiels until you see the sign for Dalhousie Castle. Dalhousie Castle is on the left after the Cockpen Church and before the bridge.

By car from Glasgow and Edinburgh Airport
Join the Edinburgh bypass at Gogarburn roundabout. Follow bypass until Lasswade slip road, follow signs for Bonnyrigg, and drive straight through Bonnyrigg following the Dalhousie Castle sign, remaining on the main road. At the roundabout, follow B704 signed for Gorebridge. Dalhousie Castle is located half a mile out of Bonnyrigg on the right with the entrance on your left.
