The Dungeon Restaurant at Dalhousie Castle Hotel has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes and is a truly unique fine dining experience.

Enjoy your meal in the hotel's ancient barrel-vaulted dungeons. Once a dark and fearsome place, it's now a warm, atmospheric dining room where candlelight flickers across the barrel-vaulted ceilings and shining suits of armour.

The Dungeon Restaurant serves a modern interpretation of classic Scottish dishes cooked and prepared in a classic French style.
