Fabulous location for a romantic break
We enjoyed a two night stay in February. Our room in the Castle was spacious and special with a four poster bed. The best feature was the window seat which was a cosy spot to enjoy a drink with a great view. We had rain so didn t venture far in the grounds but did spot the roaming peacocks. It was toasty warm indoors and the drawing room was beautiful with cosy sofas and a gorgeous log fire in historic and atmospheric surroundings.
We loved the restaurant where service was friendly and polite. The food was all great with highlights being the Beef Tartare starter, the Venison main with both the rhubarb and lemon desserts being exceptional.
We took advantage of the free and informative tour of the castle and turrets which proved interesting and worth while. All staff were pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Secret birthday trip for my husband
My husband was so excited when we arrived. Langley Castle certainly lived up to expectations. Staff welcomed us and were very pleasant. The room ( one of only 9 inside the castle) was up a spiral staircase, which led to a landing and 2 rooms.
It was lovely and atmospheric, and the bathroom was huge.
Dinner and breakfast were fabulous, and we were looked after by staff that couldn't do enough for us!
A special stay .
Fabulous experience
A truly fabulous stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was exquisite, the food was amazing, the tour guide was excellent - the history is so interesting. But the Castle mind blowing. We felt immersed in history everywhere we went. Highly recommend anyone staying to have their own experience.
A fabulous stay!
My husband and I stayed for two nights at the beginning of February. It was a lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming and it felt luxurious! We will definitely return one day and maybe bring the children too!

Lovely hotel, very relaxing
Lovely couple of days, but restaurant confusing you couldn t order from both upstairs restaurant and downstairs which I had to do as nothing on downstairs to my liking so got extra charge for that but no one explained to me I would get charged extra.
Lovely but there was a lot of extras charged on leaving so be careful what you order and check your bill as some bits were added then we had them take them off
Anniversary Getaway
Fantastic surroundings it s like stepping back in time. Big open fire comfortable and a chilled out relaxing atmosphere. Friendly helpful accommodating staff, nothing was too much bother.
