Excellent place. Just one small hint - no need to keep asking if everything is good during meals. A little over enthusiastic I think! Otherwise we will certainly recommend Northcote Manor.

3-night stay

RR, Worcestershire, stayed: July 2018

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful in showing us around the hotel and escorting us to our room. The room was delightful with a lovely view across the grounds and neighbouring hills - it was also very quiet and for the entire stay we could keep our windows open, which was helpful as the weather was quite warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and the en-suite bathroom fully up to expectations with both bath and shower available.
There were so many positives regarding the service at the hotel it is difficult to reflect all of them - nothing was too much trouble and we received a truly personal service in all respects. The restaurant was excellent with beautifully presented and tasty dishes and good variety of choice. A nice touch was the offer of an additional choice menu for us for our third night in the restaurant, so that we could choose from the standard menu or the additional offerings. This was presented after our meal on the second night and our choices reflected in a personally typed menu for us as we came down for dinner on the third night.
This was truly a very relaxing stay and we have every intention of returning - maybe to look around the hotel grounds which we didn't have time to do on this occasion!

This was agood short break.

The weather was good and the outside furniture was uncomfortable.

This is my only criticism.

Friendly and relaxing

David, Cornwall, stayed: April 2018

We have stayed at Northcote Manor many times and it has always been welcoming and friendly. A lovely old Manor set in quiet countryside that has many things going for it.  The staff are a very big plus, they are engaging and friendly at just the right level. The restaurant is very nice and you wouldn't be disappointed to eat here for a special occasion or a romantic meal. The food, from a menu which you are spoilt for choice, is excellent. The rooms are also very good. We have stayed in all room standards over our visits, they have all been individually decorated and very comfortable.

This latest visit was everything we wanted without disappointment, so we are looking forward to returning again in the future.

Relaxation when you need it

John, Clwyd, stayed: November 2017

After a stressful journey because of a french Satnav it was nice to arrive at Northcote, we were greeted with a smile and shown all the facilities as escorted to our room. From this very moment we relaxed in an atmosphere of luxury with attentive and pleasant staff who just appeared at just the right moment. Dinner started with a pre dinner drink and amuse bouche while selecting our wine and meal. When everything was ready we were escorted to our table, none of those awkward waiting moments between ordering and service and filling up on bread. The food was excellent like everything at Northcote Manor.
We would definitely visit again.
