Wonderful Weekend

I wanted a luxurious, relaxing and romantic weekend away and this is exactly what was provided. The staff were lovely, the room was amazing and the spa was the most relaxing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Fantastic and relaxing

Rushton Hall is a fantastic spa hotel. The grounds are impressive, as is the architecture.
All of the staff were kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The food was delicious and the communal spaces were lovely spaces to be in.
Would and have highly recommend it to others for a great mini break.
Came away feeling relaxed and wishing I was staying longer!

Great stay - fantastic experience.

The staff at Rushton Hall are incredible, really welcoming and friendly. We had a really great time for our anniversary. Everything was perfect and the room was beautiful. The grounds, particularly the tennis court were fantastic. The only downside was there were more families in the spa pool than we had thought as specifically booked Rushton Hall as we didn't believe children would be in the spa.

Hopefully we will return to this hotel for a future visit

From the moment we arrived for our three day stay until the time we left the hotel we had a wonderful stay..We were greeted by a pleasant helpful gentleman who collected our luggage from our car and directed us to a parking spot he then escorted us to an outside table for drinks ( we had arrived early our room was not yet available). This excellent service by all staff continued for three days.All staff we encountered were helpful friendly courteous and smiley. Our room was extremely well furnished with access to a courtyard with table and chairs. Restaurant ,bar area were both pleasant to sit in food was excellent for both Breakfast afternoon tea and dinner ,drinks well prepared.There are lots of areas to sit and chat read etc.We visited the spa for both the facilities and treatment the spa was comfotable clean and again friendly staff.Treatments were very very good pleasant helpful staff. My only minor comment would be that a member of staff would show hotel guests and day users the facilities rather than direct them however this is a suggestion not a complaint.

Rushton Hall

We stayed here for a relaxing spa break in September 24. A beautiful hotel with friendly, efficient staff. We were made most welcome. Our day in the spa was relaxing, our treatments given by experienced and delightful staff. The room exceeded our expectations especially the to over the bath.
Highly recommend the hotel and Off-Peak Luxury for their suggestion.

3 days of pleasure. Excellent staff and facilities. Loved it so much we are saving up for our next visit.

Few issues but very impressive building and grounds

Room had wow factor but on closer inspection carpet stained and lots of marks on walls.
Evening meal good choices but mine was luke warm. Complained waiter not sure what to do so brought me some complimentary veg but arrived ages after dinner finished. Had manicure at spa didn t harden off so the lady offered to redo after her hours had finished (impressed) redone but even after an hour still not dry so smudged all again. Couldn t be asked to have redone in morning as hadn t got the time to wait over an hour again. Pool area and jacuzzi great grounds really nice and the building is beautiful
