Great ambience, great location, great staff and welcome - one of the best values I've had in London for the past 10 years.

In the heart of London

Trevor, Isle of Wight, stayed: November 2018

A lovely hotel with a very convenient location. Staff were helpful and the restaurant and bar were extremely good. Rooms are large by London standards. I will definitely be coming back!

Forty years on

Anon, stayed: March 2017

We had our wedding reception at the St Ermin's in July 1976 so this was a delayed celebration of our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. We appreciated having an upgraded room and enjoyed our dinner on the Monday evening. We did have to ask three times for the bottle of champagne which we had been told would be awaiting us on arrival but it was excellent when it finally was delivered. The added bonus was the weather and the hotel's proximity to the parks where we enjoyed the beautiful spring flowers. A very pleasant stay and we would hope to return sometime.

St Ermins Hotel Westminster London

John G Hull East Yorks, stayed: January 2017

We had a 4 night stay, on arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite which was a surprise and a nice gesture. The room was great, plenty of room and all the facilities you would have expected, the location is fantastic right at the heart of all major attractions all within a 15 minute walk.  Our stay was part of a deal which included a bottle of bubbly on arrival and contribution to a meal in the Caxton Grill with a free bottle of wine, the only very small disappointment was the bubbly was in fact prosecco and we had to ask for the free wine also we felt staff could have been a little more aware of the offers the hotel offered as most of the staff did not have a clue, on check we made presentations regarding the bubbly and to the Hotel's credit they did indeed give a bottle of bubbly as we left.  All things considered a good Hotel, with exceptional reception staff.

What is there not to like?

RL Solihull, stayed: January 2017

Extremely welcoming. Restaurant staff referred to you by name. Reception very attentive.. Wife's birthday was recognised in the room and in the restaurant. Good room and good food. 40 years since I had stayed previously, will not leave it that long again (now 80)! Did miss the harpist on the balcony in the foyer. Overall a great stay.

Weekend Break at St Ermines

Steven, Essex, stayed: December 2016

Weekend break for my wife and myself, location was superb, walk from Buckingham Palace and Harrods, quiet traditional part of London tucked away from any tourists.  Stayed in December so Christmas decorations lit up the hotel, we were upgraded and the room was excellent. Restaurant first class and staff most attentive
