Outstanding service from all staff

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Outstanding staff, very helpful, polite and friendly. Very comfortable room and great restaurant. Relaxing outdoor jacuzzi and great sauna.

Fabulous Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay and lovely to see how pet friendly they were although you were not allowed your furry friend in the restaurant!

Spa is only good if weather is nice so that s a shame
If you fancied a chill out by the pool.

Other than that a lovely small hotel with plenty of character and charm

Charming hotel

Lovely hotel, communal rooms and spa have been modernised, spa in particular very nicely decorated. Outdoor spa hydrotherapy pool and sun lounging area very nice overlooking gardens and drinks terrace. Very large suite but needed re-decorating. Dinner in restaurant very nice.
It was our 45 wedding anniversary which was noted when booking but nothing was mentioned during our stay. We had lunch at another local hotel and we were presented with a cake and card! Would still
stay again though.

Lovely Hotel

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here recently. The setting is lovely, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The beds were most comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was great. My only issue (and it is very small) is that we had a twin room, and there was nowhere to unpack the cases, just one very small wardrobe and no drawers. However this would not stop us returning to the hotel, we felt very welcome.

Wonderful

I had a wonderful stay in my birthday. The staff really do go above and beyond and made me feel really special. The spa top it off and the serivce was amazing and I had a great night sleep
