Valet parking is available for guests arriving at the front of the hotel. There is a portable ramp for the hotel's front steps. A bell is situated on the exterior of the adjacent La Brasserie to summon assistance to gain access. Low level check-in counter

The hotel has a very spacious first floor, designated accessible room with en-suite shower / wet room. The room has been specifically designed to be both accessible and of a high specification. The accessible Executive Room interconnects with a Deluxe Room which is perfect for a companion.
Child Policy
Extra beds may be accommodated in some Executive rooms. Bed and Breakfast is charged at £35 per child per night.

With the entrance leading through to stylish bedroom featuring a queen size bed, a seating area and a feature desk. Bathrooms are delightful with marble throughout and an integrated bath and shower (two Classic rooms feature wrap around walk-in marble showers only).

Larger than the Classic rooms, the Deluxe are beautifully furnished each offering their own individuality with classic and contemporary features.
The entrance hall leads through to a stylish bedroom featuring a 6ft king size bed, comfortable seating area and a feature desk. Bathrooms are delightful with marble throughout and an integrated bath and shower. Twin beds are also available in this category.

Executive room
The Executive rooms offer additional space for extra comfort and are beautifully furnished with soft textures, each room is completely unique in its design.
An entrance hall leads into the beautiful bedroom with a 6ft king size bed along with a comfortable seating area for relaxation and a feature desk/vanity. Bathrooms are delightful with marble throughout and an integrated bath and shower. We have interconnecting rooms in this category which are ideal for families.

These elegant and spacious rooms, which are larger than the Executive, are individually designed and furnished with luxurious fabrics and fittings.
The entrance vestibule, some with a dressing area, leads through into a sumptuous bedroom with a bespoke 6ft king size bed and an enhanced seating area for additional comfort along with a feature desk/vanity area.

Junior suite
These spacious open plan suites are perfect for that special occasion or just an indulgent night away.
An entrance vestibule and dressing area in most, lead through to a uniquely designed open plan area which boasts a feature king size bed which is the focal point. With a comfortable extended seating area to relax in and a large desk, some with bespoke tables to work at, these suites are divine. Spacious marble bathrooms have luxurious baths, and the majority offer a separate walk-in shower cubicle.
For added enjoyment, a CD mini-system is also available for your use in the Suite.The traditional Mayfair Suite and the more contemporary Carlton Suite offer you the additional indulgence of four poster beds.Please request these suites at the time of booking.

Presidential Suite
This exclusive apartment suite will suit your every desire. You will find yourself located on the third floor, with sweeping views of the black and white timbered architecture of Chester and the Eastgate clock, in your exclusive apartment suite which is both spacious and sumptuously decorated.
As you enter though the hallway which contains a private cloakroom leading to your own personal study area and on into an open plan sitting room with a formal dining area for you to enjoy.
