- Unless included with your package, or you have booked a 55 minute treatment, access to the spa is charged at £25 per person per day.
- As a boutique quirky country house expect rooms of completely different sizes. Classic rooms will be smaller and have a hand held shower over the bath so for a full luxury experience upgraded rooms may be preferred.
- Rooms are in both the manor house or the coach house.
- From the main road the entrance to the grounds looks unremarkable, but as you continue along the driveway you soon reach the majestic main house.
- The hotel do apply a discretionary 10% service charge to all bookings. If you'd like this to be removed just ask at checkout and the hotel will be happy to do so.
- Please be aware Deluxe Rooms are located on the 2nd Floor of the hotel and access to these rooms is by stairs only as the hotel does not have a lift.

The Lodge rooms have some facilities such as a wet room however these are not in the main building and are located down a driveway, please call our team for further details.
The hotel does not have a lift.
History of the hotel
William I constructed the house between 1584 and 1616. The last person to reside in the house was George Constable Hayes. He then died and the house was sold to the Austens. Since then, only minor alterations have been carried out such as the Conservatory Restaurant.
Child Policy
Children under 12 years charged £35 per night bed and breakfast.
Please request a cot if required upon booking. Cots are charged at £15 per night.
Spa restrictions:
Please note: children are permitted in swimming pool only between the following times:
7.30am - 9.00am and 5.00pm - 6.30pm daily
Children under 4 years old - No access to spa facilities or pool
4-16 years old - Only allowed in pool with adult supervision in the pool at the same time.
There is a charge of £10 per child per day to use the pool.
Dogs Policy
Pets can be accepted by prior arrangement, at £25 per dog per night, dog friendly. Please call the team on 0333 2125 594 to check availability. Classic Lodge rooms are dog friendly. Dogs are welcome in the lounge but not the Brasserie or Restaurant. All dog friendly rooms are in the Lodges which are not in the main hotel.
Please note the hotel will allow a maximum of 2 dogs per room

The Greenway Hotel and Spa is set within 8 acres of manicured gardens, including a herb garden for Chef and beautiful views of the Cotswolds Hills

Classic Double room
Classic Rooms are double bedded with an en suite bath and handheld shower, complimentary Wi-Fi access, tea and coffee facilities. Rooms are in the Manor House with a traditional décor. Size: 18 sqm.

Deluxe room
Deluxe Rooms are larger in size, with an en suite and seating area, complimentary Wi-Fi access and tea and coffee facilities. Spa Usage available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Rooms are located in the Main House . Room size: 25 square metres.
Deluxe Rooms are located on Second Floor (Top Floor) of the hotel
Master room
Master rooms are King or twin bedded with a comfortable sitting area, an en suite and individual features, complimentary Wi-Fi access, tea and coffee facilities.
Rooms are in both the Main House and the Coach House Room size: 29 square metres. Spa Usage available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Feature room
Feature rooms have a comfortable sitting area, bathroom with bath and shower. All rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi access, tea and coffee facilities.
They are large and luxurious rooms, with space to relax and unwind each with their own unique features. Rooms are in both the Main Houseand the Coach House Room size: 36 square metres.

Suite
Manor Suite is the largest room of the hotel with a separate lounge, en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Suite has complimentary Wi-Fi access, tea and coffee facilities.
