How to get here

From the north: Take the A1(M) leaving at at junction 62, then take the A690 exit to Sunderland/Durham/Consett/A691. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A690. Follow A690 before turning left onto New Elvet which merges into Old Elvet. 

From the south: Leave A1(M) at junction 61, take the A177/A688 exit to Spennymoor/Peterlee.  Follow A177 turning left at Whinney Hill (signposted Bowburn) to follow the road to Old Elvet

By train: It's around a 15 minute walk from Durham train station to the hotel.
