Disabled Access
The hotel has good disabled access with the restaurant, lounges and bar all on ground level as well as several bedrooms. There is also one fully accessible Deluxe bedroom, please contact us if this room is required prior to booking.
There is no lift at the hotel.
Child Policy
Tylney Tots - 3 months - 2 years - Stay for Free when sharing their parents room to include breakfast. No charge for Cots (subject to availability) please request when making a booking.
Children aged 3-16 are charged at £30 per day inclusive of breakfast.
Deluxe Rooms cannot accommodate any extra beds or cots.
Executive Rooms can accommodate a maximum of one extra bed, supplements will apply.
Suites can accommodate a maximum of two extra beds, supplements will apply.
There are no time restrictions for children using the swimming pool.
Children can use the pool only, they are not permitted to use the other spa facilities.
Dogs Policy
Dogs are allowed in the Superior Classic bedrooms only (upgraded supplements will apply for these rooms). Dogs are charged at £25 per dog per stay. Please contact us on 0333 2125 594 to check suitable room availability. Dogs are not allowed in the main hotel, they are permitted on the terrace outdoors and in the gardens.

Should you wish to book any beauty treatments, please do so prior to arrival as the Spa is extremely popular, particularly at the weekends.
Please be aware that Tylney Hall are a cashless hotel, with payments taken via credit or debit card only.
During busy periods you may be asked to book your preferred breakfast time and/or swim time.

The Rooms at Tylney Hall
Classic room
Classic Rooms are cosy and decorated in keeping with the hotel's grand style. They are located in either the courtyard or the gardens and are furnished with either double or twin beds, an armchair with coffee table, writing desk and luxurious en-suite bathroom.
Mansion Classic room
Similar in style to the Classic Bedrooms, with beautiful furnishings reflecting the hotel's elegance, these rooms are situated in the mansion with many benefitting from period features. Again, they are furnished with either double or twin beds, an armchair with coffee table, writing desk and luxurious en-suite bathroom.
Mansion Junior Suite
Mansion Junior Suites are perfect for families or those requiring a little extra space. They include an extensive lounge, dining area and work desk and are located in the Grade II listed mansion. Mansion Junior Suites are furnished with a king or queen sized bed, many with period features and can accommodate an extra bed for a child.

Mansion Suite
Situated in the Grade II listed mansion, our Mansion Suites provide a choice of either a large Studio Suite or those with two rooms so that you can benefit from a separate lounge or reception area. The bathrooms are larger and more luxurious, some have a bath with whirlpool feature and separate walk in showers. Some of the Suites are large enough to accommodate upto three extra beds making them ideal for families.
