Please take careful note of your expiry date and put it in your phone/diary straight away if you aren't yet ready to book. If you allow your voucher to expire it will be lost, and there are no exceptions to this. If you get close to your expiry date and need more time, it can be extended for a small charge providing you do this BEFORE it expires. Please call us on on 0333 2125 532 to arrange this.
Vouchers are valid for a year. Customers are allowed to post-date the start period and if your voucher's expiry date is more than a year away it will not become valid until 1 year from the expiry date.
You can make more than one booking with your voucher if you have sufficient funds on it; there is no need to use it all in one go. You can use it towards anything that is booked in advance via ourselves, but cannot use it for extras incurred at the hotel.
This is really easy. You select a hotel and make a booking in exactly the same way as if you were paying by credit or debit card. At the checkout stage you will be asked if you have a voucher, and then you put in your redemption code. Simple! We're also available to help every day except 25/6th December and 1st January. If your booking is a lower value than your voucher, the unused amount remains on your voucher for use against a future booking. If you want to make a booking for more than the value of your voucher you can simply pay the difference by credit or debit card.
