Someone else underwear still in my room from last guest , spa should be sorted after children swim 2 bottles floated for half an hour loads of wet towels left on all beds , all bed were unusable as they were so wet , my room was supposed to be superior but our view was over the kitchen back yard ( and noisy when bottles are poured into large bins ,

This place is so lovely, relaxing and luxurious. A real treat for a getaway. The spa is amazing and I'd definitely come back.

Bitty

Clive J, Hertfordshire, stayed: August 2016

A most uncomfortable hotel - each part reached through inter communicating rooms and corridors. In order to get to the restaurant and lounges on one day we had to pass through crowds of people attending a celebration. A most embarrassing and uncomfortable experience. Our room carpet was dirty when we arrived and subsequently cleaned and was very dark and gloomy. The staff were kind and most helpful even apologetic. This constituted the worst value for money experienced through your company and would not recommend it - rather the contrary.

Luxury at its finest!

Lynsey, Berwickshire, stayed: June 2016

Myself and a close friend chose to spend two nights at Bailiffscourt and what a luxurious two nights we had! . Everything was superb and all our needs met, the service was excellent in all areas of the hotel, staff couldn't do enough to make sure you had a relaxing and pampering stay. We dined in the hotels restaurant on both evenings, the food was glorious along with the ambience of the restaurant. The spa facilities were lovely and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. We will most definitely be returning to this fine establishment!
