A wonderful and relaxing break

JL, Surrey, stayed: October 2020

We have stayed at Bailiffscourt many times, especially when our children were a bit younger, but now we are back as just the two of us for a more relaxing stay. We only stayed one night but it feels like a lot longer because of being able to make use of the Spa - and of course the delicious meals. It's a little bit of luxury and pampering to keep us going for next few months. We can't wait to come back again.

Birthday Night

MH, West Sussex, stayed: April 2019

This is a unique Hotel with lots of positives. The facilities and grounds are superb with perfect walks for the dog truly dog friendly. We both love the restaurant and the choices with good selection of wines. The rooms ( not our first stay ) are very spacious and comfortable, the bed was really comfortable with quality bed linen.

There could be an improvement in attention when one is waiting to order drinks. And at checkout the staff did not know that we had already paid for the room when the booking was made.

Should be amazing !!!

Anon, stayed: December 2018

How sad that this hotel is not amazing, because it should be, but we had many problems - like the bedroom being freezing cold when we arrived, VERY creased net curtains in bedroom and bathroom, summer duvets in winter !! so had to ask for blanket, as there was no blanket in room, water came out of shower very slowly and drippy !! The location is fabulous, the spa is fabulous, the food ok, but the attention to detail in the bedrooms is poor, and for that price it should not be. Walking back from the spa in the dark with no lights on, on a cold wet and windy evening is again very poor, I nearly tripped and fell. !!!! All this was of course told to the receptionist, but all we got was excuse after excuse, and no manager came out to apologise which would at least have helped.

Excellence from start to finish

Anon, stayed: November 2018

Absolutely superb stay. We were treated with such warmth and welcome when we arrived and this fabulous service continued throughout our stay. They facilities were impeccable and the beach being just a stone's throw away was bliss. We'll be returning every year I think!
