Parking Facilities
Finding parking in Brighton can be a challenge, but they have 14 parking spaces next door to the hotel, exclusively for our guests. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis at a cost of £25 per night. On arrival, please ask at Reception about parking availability, and if the y have space, they will issue a parking permit. In the event that all our parking spaces are occupied, there is on-street parking nearby without any time restrictions. The on-street parking rates are from £2.40 per hour between 09:00 and 20:00, and overnight parking is free of charge.
Disabled Access
Due to the historic layout of Drakes Hotel, the building does not have lift access to the upper floors. To ensure your comfort, if you require a lower floor or accessible room, please make this request upon booking so we can ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
Dogs Policy
A selection of each rooms are dog friendly except the Great Room with Balcony and Better Rooms, these rooms are not dog friendly.

A small charge of £25 applies for dog-friendly stays. Add your dog at the time of booking or speak to the team before arrival.

For comfort and safety, dogs should not usually be left unattended unless agreed with the hotel team.
The Rooms at Drakes Hotel
Good room
Feel at home in the Good Rooms. They may be some of our cosiest, but still generously sized. There have a Good Room on the ground and first floor of the hotel.
Good with Sea View
Wake up to stunning coastal views in the Good Rooms with a Sea View. These rooms offer the same cosy comfort as our Good Rooms but come with a beautiful outlook over Brighton's seafront - giving you a front-row seat across the horizon.
Better room
The Better Rooms are on the city side of Drakes and are a little bigger than the Good Rooms, with generous bathrooms.
Comfy room
The Comfy Rooms are large and spacious with split level en suite bathrooms. They all have city side views and provide a warm and welcoming stay.
Great room
The Great Rooms offer sea views and a spacious, stylish retreat with large bathrooms. Located on the ground floor, these bedrooms also welcome four-legged friends, making them an ideal choice for those travelling with companions.
Great Room with Balcony
The Great Rooms with balconies are bright and airy, all with amazing sea views of Brighton beach and the famous Palace Pier. Step out onto your private rooftop and enjoy some of Brighton's most stunning sunsets.
Marvellous room
The Marvellous Rooms are just that—marvellous. Each of these three unique rooms has been individually designed, offering its own distinctive character while all sharing stunning views over Brighton Beach. Some feature romantic four-poster beds, while others have bathtubs perfectly positioned by the window, allowing you to soak in both the view and the moment.
