avoid country hotel breaks

very disappointed with country hotel breaks as my voucher was invalid on checkout as this company was in arrears with payments to the hotel therefore i was charged for my stay !!
I am waiting for all full refund from Country hotel breaks

Excellent Hotel

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was amazing. From the time we booked in to the time we left we was well looked after and all the staff was helpful and very pleasant and Northing was to much trouble for them. The rooms were lovely and clean , the food was of good choice and was always hot when served. The hotel has a lovely outdoor space which you can sit and have a drink and relax. We would go back to this hotel . We recommend it.

Lovely hotel for a first anniversary

We had a lovely stay at The Egypt Mill in the Cotswolds. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely bathroom. The setting is beautiful, and the 16th century building is full of character. The mill itself, with the flowing water, creates such a relaxing atmosphere.
As part of our Country Hotel Breaks package, we enjoyed a pre dinner drink followed by an evening meal, which was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with good portion sizes and plenty of variety.
Overall, a really enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again.

A relaxing stay

We stayed 2 nights here and had a lovely large room on the third floor overlooking the garden. Although there is a small "mind your head" sign on the low beam in the bathroom, I managed to bash mine twice so I think some foam attached around the bean to protect customers' heads would be an improvement.

It would be nice to have a box of tissues in the room - most hotels of this standard do provide this item.

A lovely 2 nights at Egypt Hotel.

Historic Old watermill wonderfully converted into a hotel. Many old features retained which includes the watermill mechanism and two separate power wheels, one to be restored to working condition. Staff attentive and friendly. Good menu choice and good range of wines. Plenty of free car parking. Situated in a typical Cotswold town.
