A very warm & friendly hotel, the menu should be reviewed.  Maintain the current standards of cleanliness and the warmth during cold weather.

Chris Sharp Buckinghamshire, stayed: September 2018

We found the hotel very welcoming and staff very helpful, the restaurant very good and food very nice, we found the receptionist very good it was a celebration of my birthday and she took this into her consideration and made our stay very welcoming, and also the waitress the night of
the 25th was very very pleasant nothing was to much for her, all in all we very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to go back another time

Disappointing

CC, West Midlands, stayed: September 2018

It was our wedding anniversary and we booked a package that included dinner.
For the amount we paid it was very disappointing. Meal was awful, bed very uncomfortable and the en-suite door was broken.
Hotel is in a good location and the actual hotel was very nice and felt welcoming. We had a few drinks in the bar before dinner which was very enjoyable and the bar staff were wonderful. It just went downhill during our meal.

We have had very good meals at this chains hotel in Broadway so we were quite shocked with our stay here.

Lovely romantic break

Robert K, west midlands, stayed: July 2018

We stayed for two nights with dinner and breakfast on both days. We found the staff really friendly, and accommodating, the food really great and the breakfast was the best of any hotels we have stayed from around the world.
Great.
