How to get here
The Isle of Skye can be reached by car or public transport. You access the island via a road bridge (toll free) or ferry. If you are driving you can add some romance to your journey to Skye and take the ferry crossing from Glenelg.
There are no trains on Skye, so the Kyles of Lochalsh the last stop if travelling by train, from there you can hire a car, or arrange a taxi transfer.
Busses to the island run from Edinburgh, Inverness or Glasgow.
