They are pleased to offer a private car park located at the rear of the hotel, exclusively for their guests. To access it, guests should take the turn at the mini roundabout by the West Gate Tower into North Lane. About 100 yards up on the left, the Falstaff Hotel car park can be found.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed as part of the room booking. Unfortunately, spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
Parking is charged at £15, covering a period up to 1pm the following day. Payment can be made via the RingGo app or by calling the RingGo number, with details provided on signage within the car park area. For guests staying two nights, it is possible to purchase two days of parking. However, if a guest leaves the car park before 1pm the following day, the same space cannot be guaranteed upon return.
Guests should be aware that RingGo manages the car park, including the issuing of parking fines for unpaid parking.
How to get here
1) FROM M25 (anticlockwise direction)
From the M25, join the M26 at Junction 5, following signs to the M20. At Junction 3 of the M26 join the M20. Leave the M20 at Junction 7 and follow the A249 and signs to the M2. Join the M2 and Junction 5 until Junction 7 (A2). Once on the A2 follow signs for Canterbury. At the first roundabout turn left and follow the brown signs for St Dunstan's area hotels. At the mini roundabout turn right and follow the road towards the Westgate Tower. The Falstaff Hotel is located on the left hand side.
2) FROM M25 (clockwise direction)
From the M25, join the A2 at Junction 2. Follow the A2 until the M2. Leave the M2 at Junction 7 and take the A2, signposted Canterbury and Dover. Once on the A2, after 5 miles, follow the first signpost for Canterbury. At the first roundabout turn left and follow the brown signs for St Dunstan's area hotels. At the mini roundabout turn right and follow the road towards the Westgate Tower. The Falstaff Hotel is located on the left hand side.
3) From DOVER FERRIES
Take the A2 northbound (signposted Canterbury). Leave the A2 at the junction with the A28 (signposted City Centre). At the Wincheap roundabout take the first exit onto the A290 (signposted London and Whitstable). At St Peter's roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A290. At the T-junction turn left onto St Dunstan's Street.
4) From THE EUROTUNNEL TERMINAL AT FOLKESTONE
Take the M20 southbound to Dover and follow the road down to the Eastern docks in Dover. Take the flyover at the Eastern docks and follow the A2 northbound (signposted Canterbury). Leave the A2 at the junction with the A28 (signposted City Centre). At the Wincheap roundabout take the first exit onto the A290 (signposted London and Whitstable). At St Peter's roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A290. At the T-junction turn left onto St Dunstan's Street.
