The Restaurant
Food has always been at the heart of The White Swan, reflected in it's AA Rosette.
Ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, with an emphasis on seasonality and quality.
Game arrives in season, with moor venison prepared to order, alongside fresh fish from Whitby and Hartlepool, and lobster and crab from Bridlington.
When available, tomatoes come from Ebberston, and salad leaves are grown locally. Everything is prepared in the kitchen, as it should be.
It's always been a straightforward approach – no shortcuts, just good ingredients. Menus change regularly, making the most of seasonal ingredients and local produce wherever possible. Alongside White Swan classics, you'll find dishes shaped by what's available and at its best.
Opening Times
Breakfast: 07:45 – 10:00 (Mon-Sat), 08:30 – 10:30 (Sun).
Lunch & Dinner: Served daily, with options available in the bar and restaurant.
Sunday Lunch: Served until 14:30.
